At Wipes.com, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.
30-Day Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:

Disinfecting and sanitizing wipes that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Wipe dispensers that are like new (unused, uninstalled, free of damage), and returned with all original parts, manuals, and packaging.
What Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

Opened wipes or wipes with broken seals.

Dispensers showing signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or missing parts/accessories.

Items returned after 30 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in original packaging (when applicable) and packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Returns must include the order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged).

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection (timing may vary by your bank or payment provider).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wipes.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
